Today I have spent a lot of time thinking about the past. When I was at university I was the happiest that I've ever been, seeing my best friend every day and just being myself. I loved the independence of living on my own and being able to do whatever I wanted when I wanted to. Now that I'm home I just feel strangled by all these people expecting me to just slot back into place, but it's not that easy. I've been to the other side now and I much preferred it. And on that happy note I thought I'd share the YouTube videos that me and Vicki made on our last days of 3rd year. The happiest time of my life.

We were such idiots. But the best idiots.

  1. Haha, awesome. Completely sympathise - even though I am now in my own flat and don't have to do as my mother tells me (I just have to make her think I do) - I still miss uni days xxx

  2. I struggled a lot after being away for university for four years and then moving back home. I guess it's one of the reasons why I moved to America, I had to do something extreme to get away from home and "find" myself again. I use to live in a really small town in the country side and it was hard to be different and I never fitted in after going to university. Those days of being a student are really one of the best.
