Wedding Wednesday: The Engagement Party

Engagement Tea Party – Saturday 19th September 2015 Last Saturday we held our engagement party at our house, we spent the day with around ...

MAC Cream Colour Base| Virgin Isle

This is my dream cheek product. It is beautiful, such a perfect coral shade that blends to give a lovely flush to the cheeks. As you can see from the picture above the formula is a quite wet looking in the pan, but once it’s all blended into the skin it creates almost a stain and isn’t going anywhere. You do have to be careful not to apply too much product to the skin though as you could be bordering on clown territory, I use a duo-fibre stippling brush to apply it and find that this applies the perfect amount of product.

The Cream Colour Bases can also be used on the lips, I really like the colour that Virgin Isle gives when it is applied in this way. If you apply a little with your finger it gives a sheer tint that looks effortless and is perfect for every day or you can use a lip brush and apply more product giving a full coverage for a more vibrant look.

I mentioned in my Six on Sunday post that this product is MAC Pro only but it was released in a collection recently so might be available at a CCO or check blog sales!

You can order MAC Pro products by mail order though by phoning this number: 0800 054 2676 or you can visit the Pro store in London.
