Burt’s Bees Lemon Butter Cuticle Cream - £5.99

I’ll keep this short and sweet. This cuticle butter is amazing, far superior to any that I’ve tried before and it smells amazing. The smell is quite addictive really, I find myself massaging this into my cuticles multiple times a day just to get a hit of the sweet lemony scent.

The cream is a solid product that melts and warms up as soon as you rub your fingertips over the product, this means that you never over use the product and it’s going to last a long, long time. I’ve been using mine every day for the past month and I’ve not even got a dip forming in the middle. The cream really makes your cuticles and nails look better, it makes all those flaky bits disappear and overall my finger nails are looking smoother than ever before.

I pop this on when I’ve removed nail polish as my nails are always a bit worse for wear then and I keep massaging it in until they are feeling better, I normally paint my nails straight after I’ve removed the old polish but I’ve been giving them little breaks so I can indulge in using this product. I also use it on my cuticles once I’ve painted them, I just rub some in any time I remember really. The product sinks in quite quickly and isn’t too greasy at all it just leaves your nails feeling nourished. It’s also great for applying to any of those dry bits around the tips of your fingers too and I’ve found that if I apply this product they tend to clear up much more quickly. It’s a little miracle in a pretty tin.

Have you tried this product?

Do you have any Burt’s Bees recommendations? This is the first product I’ve tried from them and I’d love to try some others!

  6. Ooh, I've been looking for a solution to my cracked fingertips (I work in a lab where we have to wash/sanitise our hands constantly and the air con does horrid things to the skin) and it looks like this might be it, as well as being great for my nails! Thanks for posting this review, I might have to pop out and get some come payday.

  8. Oh no, I really don't get along with this. I do love the smell but I find it just stays really sticky on my fingers and then I don't want to do or touch anything with my hands. Maybe I'm using too much or just not rubbing it in enough though. I'll definitely have to give it another go as everyone seems to be loving it aha! xo
