Wedding Wednesday: The Engagement Party

Engagement Tea Party – Saturday 19th September 2015 Last Saturday we held our engagement party at our house, we spent the day with around ...

Products That I Want to Repurchase… But Can’t Afford to!

Clarins Beauty Flash Balm - £29 | Murad Time Release Blemish Cleanser - £29 | Elemis FreshSkin Skin Clear Mattifying Moisturiser - £20 | Rodial Glam Balm Lip - £19 | L’Occitane Shea Ultra Gentle Moisturiser - £25 | L’Occitane Shea Butter Rose Petals Ultra Rich Body Cream - £16 | Nails Inc Victoria Nail Polish - £11 | Bumble & Bumble Creme De Coco Masque - £21.50 | Bumble & Bumble Thickening Hairspray - £20.50 | The Body Shop Peppermint Intensive Foot Rescue - £9 | MAC Haute & Naughty Lash - £18

I love each and every one of the products above, a few of them I used up recently but most of them are products I tried a while ago and used up really quickly. I have been longing to have them back in my life but I just can’t justify the price when I have other products to use up. We’ll call this my forever wishlist shall we? Products I’ll keep using forever (well, when I finally save up enough to repurchase them all). My most favourite product out of the ones above is probably the Rodial Glam Balm Lip, but at £19 I don’t think I could ever buy it for myself, even if it is the most amazing lip balm I have ever used. A lovely rose scented thick balm that repairs every little bit of dryness and is an overnight miracle worker. It is just as amazing as it sounds. Hopefully posting this will kick me into action and get me moving on using up some products so I can buy these beauties again!

Have you got a list of products you want to repurchase but can’t justify the price?

What’s on your Forever Wishlist?

  1. I definitely have a list of things I want to re-purchase but can't justify with the number of similar products in my bathroom! Face masks seem to be my thing, there's about six I really want to repurchase..

    Jesss xo

  2. Brilliant idea for a post! I have tried products that I LOVE but just can't afford to re-purchase so it seems like a I must dislike them (which is far from the truth).

  3. OMG I sooo hate being in this predicament. When I get something a little pricey, it's like I want to love it, but I don't want to lvoe it that much because I know I won't want to spend the money. Ugh!

  4. I think I may have to purchase the lip balm you've been talking so highly about for myself! Having real trouble with my lips lately! Love this post. Following xxx

  5. Thats the story of my life! ;) I'm actually on a spending ban for the simple reason that is, I spend way too much on beauty and skincare products! I'm a new follower on bloglovin'! :)

Check out my Birchbox giveaway, that's ending soon!

  6. That bumble and bumble thickening hairspray is on my want list too. Many of these products I haven't tried yet but would love to.

  7. I love that MAC mascara, I can never quite justify the price tag though!

  8. I know this feeling well - I love a good wish list though!

  9. I recently purchased the L'occitane Gentle Moisturiser and love it so much but £25 is so much, I would love to rebuy it but I'd had to really think long and hard about it! I have a sample of the Elemis mattifying moisturiser that I'm looking forward to try, but if I do end up loving it that's another expensive product I'll be hooked on! xx
